Poolewe: Camping and Caravan Club
Stay at Inverewe Gardens in June and you are so far north, the sun barely sets. Otters and seals swim in the waters of Loch Ewe and the hills of Wester Ross rise behind it – the sunsets can be spectacular.
The Wee Campsite Lochcarron
On the hillside with great views across the loch to the Attadale Hills. Sheltered by trees and pitches layed out on level terraces. Hot showers, toilets, washing machine, electrical hookups. Beautiful views, sheltered, basic. Quiet rural position, but within a few minutes' walk of village amenities. Contact Mrs Joanna Boldra.
Kinlochewe Caravan Club Site
No tents on this small and intimate site, all stone hardstandings, in a peaceful position at the foot of the rugged slopes of Ben Eighe, at the end of a beautiful drive along the valley from Achnasheen. This is a magic place, where the world slows down to walking pace and you with it. The grandeur and spectacle of the area cannot be overstated; it's a rare and special place with glittering lochs, lush woodland and mountains and a paradise for both climbers and walkers alike. There is a licensed shop/small cafe/hotel/petrol station in the village to cater to your immediate needs. Opening Dates - 24 Mar to 2 Oct
Gruinard Bay Caravan Park
Quiet family run park. 18 hookups on this all grass site. Free showers. Sandy beach very close which is ideal for families. Great base for walkers,touring or just holidays.
Torridon Campsite
Sheltered site for tents. Large grassy field sheltered by trees. Use of public conveniences which have free showers. Pay at wardens house. Shop closeby. Advanced booking not required. Run By Highland Council. Site is located near to the public conveniences at the entrance to the village of Torridon off the A896. Grid ref NG 905,558. There used to be an area outside the site where you could park a campervan but we understand it is now locked.
Strathcarron Hotel Camping
Allows campers to pitch in field next to it. The hotel is well known for its real ales and use of Skye Brewery beers. Campers have access to the toilets only during hotel opening hours. Hotel owned and run by Martin Phillips and Julie Wilkinson.
Sands Caravan and Camping Park

Located in the village with wonderful views. Rather basic site and use of public conveniences in village. Grassy elevated site. Shop and pub in village.

In the village of Stath. Family owned. Small to medium sized with open outlook to the Torridon Hills. Ideal location for touring and exploring. Run by Mick & Jeanne Kibble
